Job Description :
Three star, two AA Rosette accredited hotel would like to appoint a Chef de Partie.
The hotel would like to recruit a Chef de Partie in order to complete its kitchen team. This hotel has a fine dine restaurant that is accredited with 2 AA Rosettes for its daily changing table dhote menu and a seasonal a la carte menu. You will be expected to produce meals to meet the high standards for which the hotel is famed. The hotel also provides catering for conferences and weddings, as a result applicants to this position should be experienced in fine dining as well as volume cooking. .
This role will involve taking control of a section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required as well as aiding the development of the junior chefs. It is essential that all applicants to this position are flexible and willing to work hard within a team environment. Applicants to this position should have experience of working within a number of different sections of the kitchen as the Head Chef requires an all rounder.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a fine dine restaurant that was accredited with a minimum of 1 AA Rosette where you were also required to cook to volume. It is also necessary that applicants posses a food hygiene certificate.
