This delightful red star country house hotel would like to appoint a hard working Junior Sous Chef to assist in their rosette accredited kitchen.
The establishment offers a choice of dining options and the setting proves popular as the perfect location for weddings and other functions. The extensive menus are English with French influences, offering traditional cuisine that is simple yet fresh and exciting.
Candidates must be from a quality background, preferably with rosette and volume cooking experience.
The successful Junior Sous Chef will be dedicated to their chosen profession and committed to maintaining the reputation of the hotel as one of the finest in the area. Assisting the chefs in all areas of the kitchen you will be flexible and your ambition and desire to succeed will stand you in the best of stead to pursue a long term career in this hotel
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
