    Job Description :
    The establishment offers a choice of dining options and the setting proves popular as the perfect location for weddings and other functions. The extensive menus are ostensibly English with French influences, offering traditional cuisine that is simple yet fresh and exciting. Candidates must be from a quality background, preferably with rosette, pastryand volume cooking experience. The successful applicant will be dedicated to their chosen profession and committed to maintaining the reputation of the hotel as one of the finest in the area. Assisting the senior chefs in all areas of the kitchen you will be flexible and your ambition and desire to succeed will stand you in the best of stead to pursue a long term career in this hotel.
