Qualifications/ Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants will have previous experienceof working in Pastry in a busy 2AA Rosette kitchen. Applicants must be well presented and have strong leadership skills as well as country house hotel background.
