This exceptional award winning manor house hotel located in Wiltshire are currently looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to strengthen and develop their existing brigade. The hotel is family orientated and is a popular wedding venue with the ability to cater for over 60 guests.

The role

Our clients are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join this highly professional brigade. You will assist in the operation of the kitchen, developing yourself and your team. You will also be assisting in the day to day management of a brigade of 6. The role will require you to produce high quality cuisine; therefore all applicants should have a passion for the industry and a good attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong all round knowledge. This is a very demanding kitchen environment as all the food is freshly prepared using fresh and seasonal produce and produce direct from the kitchen’s own garden.

Qualifications/ Experience required:

All applicants should have previous experience of working in a similar rosette accredited environment and have a passion for producing cuisine of the highest standards. Previous experience of the pastry section and experience of catering for volume are essential. You must have strong leadership skills and be an excellent team player.
