Job Description :
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a very niche Company that sells American food products within the UK and European market.
You will be working for a small Company in Wokingham managing the order process from initial enquiry to delivery. The role is very busy and you will be involved in managing customer enquiries over the telephone and via email.
Therefore, you will need to have:
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
The ability to multi task
Able to work in a calm, professional manner even when working under pressure
Previous customer service experience
If you have a knowledge of American foods or the ability to speak Spanish then these are just added ideal qualities!
In return you will receive a competitive salary, free parking, 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays and hours are 9am to 5pm
